PRIVACY
& COOKIES.

Updated 9 October 2026

DNworks operates PXVIKS. This site uses no advertising pixels or optional analytics. Cloudflare hosts the site and provides security checks for the game. Contact hi@pxviks.xyz with questions about your information.

What stays in your browser

The site does not use localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB. Game session credentials and interface choices are kept in page memory and are lost when the page reloads. Fonts, images, videos, the sound model and its runtime are served with the site. Your browser may cache these ordinary files.

Your microphone

Proof of Gas requests microphone access only when you press the enable-microphone button. Short audio buffers are analysed temporarily on your device by the sound detector. Audio is not recorded into a file, saved or uploaded. The microphone stops when the round ends, you cancel, the page is hidden or you leave. Browser permission can also be revoked in your browser settings.

After a successful attempt, the page sends a session reference, the qualifying duration and a detector confidence score to the server. The sound result is reported by your browser; the server checks the session, timing and claim rules. It does not receive your sound, determine its source or independently verify a human performance.

Wallets, games and applications

If you win and submit a wallet, the server saves your public wallet address, the result and allocation status, timestamps, a session reference and game evidence such as qualifying sound duration, detector confidence and elapsed time. These records administer the campaign, enforce its wallet and allocation limits, and support the final mint list. Earlier local test records are not imported into the live campaign.

When quest applications open, a submission will include your public wallet address, X handle, Quote RT link, task declarations and application status. Community selections are kept in a private wallet list. These records support application review, allocation management and duplicate-claim checks.

The checker uses the wallet address you enter to look up your status; the query address is not added to a permanent query history. Recent game results display shortened wallet addresses, result types and times, rather than the full private list.

Security and retention

Cloudflare receives connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. The application converts the connection IP to a keyed hash used in request-limit records and game sessions; it does not save the raw IP address in its campaign database. Scheduled hourly cleanup removes expired request-limit records and game-session credentials once 24 hours have passed after their round or claim window expires.

Game and application records are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database. Public endpoints do not provide the full wallet list. Allocation records remain available for campaign administration and final mint-list reconciliation; they do not expire automatically while this campaign is active. Contact us to request access, correction or removal. We will explain if a record is still needed to reconcile an allocation or prevent duplicate claims.

Bot checks and cookies

Cloudflare Turnstile runs when you start a game and when you submit a winning wallet. It processes browser and connection signals to check for automated abuse. The page sends its single-use verification token to our server for validation with Cloudflare. Turnstile does not receive microphone audio or the wallet address from our application. The widget is configured without pre-clearance cookies. Cloudflare may process other essential security information as described in its privacy policy.

We do not set optional advertising or analytics cookies. Game tokens and interface choices stay in page memory. If optional tracking is introduced later, this notice and the site's consent controls will be updated before it is enabled.

External links

The approximate USD mint price uses Coinbase's public ETH/USD spot-price endpoint. Your browser requests this quote when the page opens and refreshes it every five minutes while the page is visible. Coinbase receives the connection IP address and ordinary browser request information. These requests omit cookies and the referring page; they include no wallet address, game result or microphone audio. The quote stays in page memory and is not saved to browser storage. If a fresh quote is unavailable, the site shows that the USD estimate is unavailable. The payable mint price remains 0.0009 ETH per NFT, with network fees separate.

X and LinkedIn are ordinary links, not embedded feeds. Visiting an external service is subject to that service's own privacy and cookie practices. No wallet connection or blockchain transaction is performed by this site.

Email and the mint list

Email addressed to hi@pxviks.xyz is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to DNworks' Gmail inbox. Cloudflare and Google process those messages to deliver and store them. Keep private keys and seed phrases out of your messages.

Confirmed public wallet addresses and their mint limits will be shared with OpenSea to configure the launch allowlist. A site receipt does not execute a blockchain transaction or automatically update an OpenSea drop. Final mint rules and launch timing will be announced before the drop opens.
